Kelley represents clients in a variety of business and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, private placements and corporate restructurings and reorganizations. She also assists clients in general day-to-day corporate and commercial matters, including advising clients on entity formation and negotiating and drafting operating agreements, award agreements, employment agreements, consulting agreements, and master services agreements. Kelley has also assisted clients in managing and resolving business disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Kelley worked as an energy transactional associate in the Houston office of Norton Rose Fulbright, where she focused her practice on acquisitions and divestitures, and energy projects.
