Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, Holly manages the firm’s day-to-day business operations, including managing the monthly accounts payable and accounts receivable cycles to ensure solid partnerships with vendors and clients. She maintains, oversees, and documents policies and procedures with firm attorneys and staff, as well as troubleshoots problems and performs operational duties as required to process and expedite transactions. Additionally, Holly works with all our attorneys, staff, and clients to meet business needs and maximize the firm’s efficiency.

Holly joined Lewis Ringelman in 2020 as an Administrative Coordinator before taking on the role of Operations Manager in 2022.

Before joining the firm, Holly owned and operated a private art consulting firm. She managed fine art appraisals, curation, collection management, and estate planning.
