As an associate in the firm’s Business & Corporate and Energy and Natural Resources practices, Kelley represents clients in a variety of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on the energy industry. Prior to joining the firm, Kelley worked as an energy transactional associate in the Houston office of a multinational firm, where she focused her practice on acquisitions and divestitures and energy projects.
Kelley received her J.D., with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law. During law school, Kelley served as a Teaching Quizmaster for the 1L Legal Research and Writing Program, was a member of the Texas International Law Journal, and was involved in the school’s clinical education program. Kelley received a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University, where she was also elected as a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
