Jameson represents clients in dealing with various aspects of corporate law and commercial transactions. Jameson’s practice primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, commercial contracting, entity formation, and other general corporate matters, with a heavy emphasis on middle-market buy and sell side representation of privately held companies. Jameson has worked with clients across an array of industries, including those in the energy, manufacturing, transportation, and software sectors.
Prior to joining Lewis Ringelman P.C., Jameson worked as a corporate/M&A associate at a large Midwest-based law firm. In law school, Jameson was a legal intern for a publicly traded manufacturing company and served as the Managing Editor for the University of Cincinnati Law Review. Jameson is also an alumnus of the Summer Business Scholars Program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
